Managed content operations for two YouTube channels (2.7M+ subscribers) and multiple social media accounts, overseeing all production stages, from content ideation and scripting to publishing. Supervised a team of editors, assistants, and a social media manager, ensuring quality through feedback and adherence to brand guidelines. Streamlined content management systems, enhancing workflow efficiency and asset organization.

  • Managed this project from start to finish. Ideating, writing outlines, reviewing edits, and confirming proper distribution.

  • Created a 100% size-accurate Photoshop template for the wall that YouTubers drew on.

  • Sourced and interfaced with a mural printer within the LA area to print this on time and on budget.

Led episode research, scripting, recording, and audio editing using Adobe Audition and Logic Pro.
